verJSON provides a collaborative database schema management platform that enables teams to: • Version control database schemas • Propose and review schema changes • Track schema history and audit trails • Manage approval workflows • Generate documentation and reports

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for: • Safeguarding the password used to access the Service • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You agree not to use the Service to: • Violate any laws or regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service • Attempt to gain unauthorized access • Use automated means to access the Service without permission • Impersonate another person or entity

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by verJSON and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours. You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service.

Some aspects of the Service are provided on a paid basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law • We may change our prices with 30 days notice • Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including: • Breach of these Terms • Non-payment of fees • Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity • Extended periods of inactivity Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

In no event shall verJSON, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. verJSON makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding: • The operation or availability of the Service • The accuracy or reliability of any information • That the Service will meet your requirements • That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by: • Posting the new Terms on this page • Updating the "Last updated" date • Sending you an email notification Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
